    Responsibilities :
  • Assist with testing new research technologies in wearable biomedical devices through various research studies.
  • Validation and performance testing of system components through mechanical, electrical and software testing methodologies.
  • Design, rapid prototyping, assembly, data collections, and analyses.
  • Prepare and document standard testing procedures.
  • Collaborate with a diverse cross-disciplinary team (mechanical, firmware, data science, software, textile) for system integration.
  • Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degrees in Biomedical Engineering, System Design Engineering, or relevant fields.
  • Experience or course-based exposure to biomedical instrumentation, biomedical/bioelectronic systems, and mechanical design principles.
  • Experience in signal processing techniques. Experience with biosignal processing is a bonus.
  • Programming languages, preferably Python and Matlab.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and leadership capabilities.
  • Technical writing skills.
  • Experience with several statistical methods for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of biomedical wearable technology is a plus.
