Massilly North America Inc. is a member of the Massilly Group founded in France over 100 years ago. We are a leading supplier of metal twist caps and capping machinery for the essential food and beverage industry. Our manufacturing facility is located in Brantford, Ontario.

Working as a member of the Field Service team, and reporting directly to the Field Service Manager, the Parts Coordinator will work closely with our customer base to identify, order, and ship parts needed for the maintenance of machines in the field.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage parts inventory i.e. ordering, receiving, shipping, and cycle counts.
Maintain and replace equipment, tools, and supplies
Prepare quotations for customers
Create reports on back orders and inventory

Skills and Knowledge required:

High school diploma required; post secondary education in a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in a customer service role within a manufacturing / industrial environment
General mechanical aptitude required
Intermediate Google Suite/ MS office
Bilingualism (English/French or English/Spanish) would be considered an asset but not required
