3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

We invite you to join us in Toronto for this opportunity of building products to enable our Customer Service Associates (CSA) to deliver unparalleled customer experiences.

As a Software Engineer on our team, you will design and develop services and full-stack solutions that will power the associate experience for the next generation CRM.

The Customer Engagement Technology (CET) team, supports hundreds of thousands of customer service agents across geographies with a vast selection of relevant apps, and services.


You will have ample opportunity to leverage and develop your expertise in cloud computing, distributed systems, data processing and utilize the latest LLM technology to develop solutions that breaks new ground for Amazon.

This opportunity will allow you to collaborate with members of our cross-functional teams including product/program management, UX design and engineering teams across Amazon.

Toronto, ON, CAN

  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
