Description

This position can offer either
hybrid or remote working.

The salary range for this position is
$102,000 - $120,000.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Working with the customer to improve Operator efficiencies and effectiveness.
Will work closely with Mining Equipment Sales to provide input on Operator training aspect of customer proposals.
Ensure all customers exercise safe procedures and practices in the operation of equipment.
Teach based on OEM requirements to ensure certification is achieved.
Provide training to SMS customers, ensuring knowledge and competency in the operation, maintenance and repair of equipment is obtained.
Assemble and teach specific operational training courses relating to the equipment supported by SMS and may develop other courses as required.
Perform other duties supporting Mining Equipment Sales as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications:

Previous technical or operational training experience is an asset.
The ability to operate in a diverse environment with a significant focus on client and customer relations is essential.
Able to work independently and in a team setting.
Position requires extensive travel to remote locations and must be flexible to accommodate travel on some weekends.
Position may also require travel to the USA and possibly Germany.
