As the Airhouse Kelowna, Assistant Manager you a passionate leader who is enthusiastic about training, coaching, amazing customer service and continually building a great team.

You are inspired by youth and sport culture and looking to continue to grow and build a community business.

Our facilities are designed for all ages, for beginner to world-class athletes and it is the AMs role to lead a team to deliver amazing experiences to all.

Airhouse Kelowna will have everything from Drop-In Open training sessions to a broad spectrum of Lessons and Camps in Gymnastics, Trampoline, Parkour, Skateboarding & Mountain Biking.

You must have previous and successful experience as/in:

leader and manager of amazing people

- cash management and book keeping.
- a positive sports background (coaching a real asset)
- risk management or first aid experience an asset (we do a lot of training)
- good to great computer skills (it's all on computers these days)
- a passion for exceeding the customers' expectation
