### Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Republique Brunch and Bar.

Our establishment prides itself on serving Western cuisine infused with an exciting Asian flair, presenting a vibrant array of proteins, ingredients, and culinary techniques.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, cooking, and ensuring high-quality service in our restaurant.

## Responsibilities

  • Assist with food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during meal preparation
  • Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene practices
  • Assist in setting up and stocking stations for daily operations
  • Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management
## Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Notes:

  • Culinary graduate or current student is preferred.
  • Food Handler's certificate is required
  • Knowledgeable in HACCP standards

$16.55-$21.00 per hour
