### OverviewWe are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Republique Brunch and Bar.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, cooking, and ensuring high-quality service in our restaurant.

## Responsibilities- Assist with food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during meal preparation
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene practices
- Assist in setting up and stocking stations for daily operations
- Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Notes:
- Culinary graduate or current student is preferred.
- Food Handler's certificate is required
- Knowledgeable in HACCP standards

Pay:
$16.55-$21.00 per hour
