    About the Role

    As a Restaurant Operations Manager at McDonalds, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
    • Supervise and check assembly of trays

    Team Management

    You will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 people, including Food Service Counter Attendants and Food Preparers. Your role will involve providing guidance and support to your team members to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and achieving their goals.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
