tar people. We are looking for an Retail Sales Assistant Manager to help manage our team and provide effective guidance.

Whether you are an experienced team leader or you are ready to take the next step in your development, this role could be for you.

You will be responsible for supervising, managing and coaching team members on a daily basis.

As a team leader, you will be one of the contact points for all sales team members, so your communication skills should be excellent.

You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals. This position requires you to work on weekends and holidays.

Our main goal every day is to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is achieved by having an in-depth knowledge of our product range, understanding how our bakery merchandising impacts customer decisions, giving your customers undivided attention and having positive energy with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

  • To assist the Sales Manager in the execution of upholding our standards and growth strategy
