The Summer Camp Counsellor is a critical role in ensuring the well-being and safety of all participants at our summer camp. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to facilitate engaging games and activities while maintaining a fun and inclusive environment for children aged 5-12 years.

Responsibilities:

• Implement daily camp programs that cater to the diverse needs of children participating in our summer camp program.
• Maintain a safe environment by ensuring the health and well-being of all participants.
• Serve as a positive role model, providing guidance and leadership throughout your tenure with us.
• Promote teamwork through active participation in field trips, group activities, crafts etc., contributing to an enriching experience for everyone involved.
• Foster open communication channels between staff members parents families members building strong relationships across teams departments projects etc..
