About the Job:


Responsibilities:


  • Process invoices and intercompany transactions
  • Ensure and prepare payments weekly (cheques)
  • Ensure all invoices are entered in compliance with government sales tax regulations
  • Ensure accounts payable records are up to date
  • Reconcile A/P balance sheet accounts
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Maintain vendor files
  • Establish and maintain good vendor relationships
  • Respond to vendor inquiries
  • Monthly Sales Tax Payments


  • Billing

  • Purchasing
  • Manage Accounts Receivable Ageing

Qualifications:


  • Minimum three years' experience (high volume)
  • Strong Organizational, Oral and Written communication skills
  • Meet all deadlines
  • Good knowledge of Excel


  • Bilingual

  • English and French

  • DCS / DEC (preferred)

Experience:


  • Accounts payable: 3 years (required)

Language:

- both English and French (preferred)
