WHAT IS YOUR ROLE


The Business Development Representative plays a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of the company's customer base in the B2B market.

This position focuses on identifying and qualifying potential new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through outbound sales activities., initiating contact with prospective clients, and nurturing relationships to create sales opportunities.

The Business Development Representative works closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate new business, promote the company's products or services, and contribute to achieving revenue targets in the B2B sector.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Coordinate company events and meetings.
  • Help build an outreach strategy from scratch.
  • Report and record all sales activities in a webbased CRM system
  • Build strong relationships with companies and stakeholders that fit our ideal customer profile
  • Research and identify potential B2B customers through various channels, including industryspecific databases, trade publications, professional networks, and online research.
  • Follow up on marketinggenerated leads and inquiries from B2B organizations to convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Engage with B2B prospects to understand their specific business needs, pain points, and goals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with B2B prospects through effective communication, tailored messaging, and regular followups.
  • Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations that highlight the unique value proposition for B2B customers.
  • Clearly articulate the company's offerings in the B2B market and address inquiries regarding product features, pricing, implementation, and integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to qualify B2B leads and hand over potential opportunities for further engagement.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or product/service demonstrations between B2B prospects and sales representatives.
  • Attend conferences and host customer events/visits.
  • Travel up to 40% of the month

YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in B2B selling complex solutions.
  • Expert using HubSpot or a similar CRM is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with B2B decisionmakers.
  • The ability to interpret sales metrics and perform basic data analysis
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to navigate.
  • Comfortable with rejection.
  • High level of organization.
  • Understanding of the business.
  • A customerfocused mentality and ability to adapt/respond to clients with diverse backgrounds
