Pricing Data Systems Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly structured operator to build our complete supplier pricing system inside Excel (hosted on SharePoint). The goal is to create a master pricing database that allows us to instantly reconstruct, calculate and backtrack any quote — including custom-made products.This system will serve as the foundation for our AI-powered quotation automation tool. You will speak with suppliers and internal team members to gather accurate information, define pricing logic and structure everything into a scalable system.
The file must allow instant price backtracking be clean and structured for automation support custom product pricing be easy to update be future-proof for AI integration define Pricing Logic for Custom Products identify pricing formulas per product category determine how suppliers calculate prices create structured example products if needed translate supplier pricing structures into clear formulas
- Contact all relevant suppliers request missing sample costs confirm MOQs confirm tier pricing logic confirm payment terms confirm production times clarify unclear cost components identify outdated pricing verify each price has a date track each supplier version ensure no assumptions are undocumented select product select supplier see exact cost tier used MOQ applied sample cost currency used exchange rate applied shipping logic used margin applied date price confirmed contact person at supplier
