Do you have security experience with a valid BC Security Worker's Licence looking to work with a dedicated, Vancouver Island-based team?

Shift and Sunday -Wednesday or Sunday to Thursday Must be available for all shifts stated

Required Qualifications and Skills:

-
A valid BC Security Worker's Licence is required;:

Must be a safe driver with a clean driving record
Critical thinker

-
At least 1-2 years of Security industry experience

Ability to use computers and smartphones with ease;
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing;
Ability to write clear and concise incident reports;

-
Must be physically fit with the ability to stand and walk patrols, climb stairs, etc;

A calm demeanor and sound decisionmaking skills;
Outstanding dress and deportment;

General Responsibilities:

Observe, record, and report activities and security incidents while on shift;
Patrolling Health care facilities is your main responsibility
Ensure client property and personnel are secure and perform time sensitive lockups/unlocks as needed;
Conduct foot patrols, including standing and walking for long periods of time;
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public;
Provide a security presence in various settings;
Drive a Footprints vehicle to conduct patrols
Perform time sensitive lock/unlocks of commercial buildings and gates as needed.
