Daily Store Operations:

• Must adhere to all company standards of conduct
• Stay uptodate with product knowledge and new inventory
• Deliver exceptional customer service by observing, listening, interacting, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue/complaint resolution;
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all employees and customers;
• Ability to work independently
• Maintaining relationships with our community, neighbours and partners
• Maintain store compliance with all regulations under AGCO
• Perform all daily opening and closing procedures
• Ensure that the sales floor is adequately stocked at all times
• Merchandising displays for products
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Detailoriented and proactive
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced, highvolume environment
• Strong problem solving and decisionmaking skills

Qualifications and Requirements of an Budtender:

• Ability to obtain CannSell prior to start date
• Proficiency with COVA and/or Greenline and Dutchie a plus
• Cannabis Retail experience ( 1+ Year Preferred )
• Sound knowledge of Cannabis plants and different strains of Cannabis
• Achievementoriented and hard working
• Inventory management
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Organized and flexible
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, a positive attitude
• Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 10-20 per week


Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

• French not required

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
