    Description and Requirements

    We are looking for an experienced product manager, preferably with knowledge of the Education and Gaming segments. In this role, the product manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining services sold in the K-12 / Higher-Ed and Gaming segments. Our team members work from home, so you must have the right mindset and work ethic to be successful as a member of our team. We expect a product manager to be available and work from their home office during normal business hours.

    • Be responsible for partnering with our Education segment and Geo sales teams to increase services attach rates.
    • Be responsible for partnering with the Consumer Gaming product and Geo team to increase services attach rates.
    • Develop Education and Gaming specific services to meet business objectives and create real value and/or resolve customer pain points.
    • Integrate both segment specific and standard deploy / support services into Education and Consumer Gaming sales enablement and GTM activities.
    • Determine offer launch timing based on business needs and market impact.
    • Contribute to the announcement strategy, integrating the value proposition for the services you manage into broader company and/or services announcements.
    • Ensure readiness for all routes-to-market, driving sales enablement activities, such as internal/external communications, training, etc.
    • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to refine the service strategy.

    Position Requirements:

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of product management experience
    • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 5-10 years of real-world experience in either the Education (preferred) or Gaming segment.
    • Experience as a product manager for the Education and/or Gaming segments at a hardware or services company.
    • Ability to influence segment and Geo teams.
    • Proven success as a work from home / remote product manager.
    The base salary range budgeted for this position is CAD $105,000 – $137,000 annually. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo's various benefits can be found at
