Your opportunity:
BDO Canada is looking for a
Manager, Organizational Development to join the Learning & Organizational Development team (HR).
While being able to work out of any of our offices across Canada, you will own the following responsibilities:
- Complete business and performance needs analysis to design and implement strategic firmwide talent management programs, organizational development projects, interventions, and initiatives.
- Identify and implement measures and metrics to assess the impact of interventions and programs on talent experience, engagement, performance, and retention.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the capability framework and capabilities definitions, skill matrices and ensure they are embedded across our talent programs and strategies.
- Contribute to, support and lead components of the design and evolution of the performance model and performance management program and support the implementation of talent HCM and lead as necessary.
- Contribute to the development of our performance culture by building and facilitating relationships and building our stakeholders' understanding of effective talent and performance development strategies.
- Contribute expertise to other talent and career development initiatives, as may be needed based on Firm's business priorities.

Your experience and education**- You have 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Organizational Development
- You have 5+ years of practical experience designing and developing talent and career development programs.
- You have 2+ yeas of practical experience designing/developing and measuring performance management programs.
- You have 2+ years of practical experience in performance consulting.
- You have a deep understanding of the modern talent management strategies, tactics, and tools.
- You have strong coaching, group facilitation & presentation skills at all levels.
- You have practical experience in designing and implementing measurement strategies for programs of various levels of complexity and scope.
- You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- You have excellent ability to build relationships and maintain trust with executive level stakeholders.
- You have a strategic mindset, strong critical thinking, and sensemaking skills.
- You have strong client serviceorientation skills.
- You have a learning mindset.
