We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration.As a QE Analyst, you will be responsible for effective planning, executing, automating and tracking functional tests on Finance IT and Audit Technology applications in Wholesale Bundle What will you do?
  • As a QE Analyst you will be involved in Functional and Integration tests, manual and automation testing for JAVA and .Net Applications
  • Create test plans, test cases and test scripts based on requirement documents and business User Stories
  • Test case planning and review of existing scripts; Development of automation scripts; Test data preparation and SQL scripting
  • Support testing efforts during business UAT;
  • Work with JIRA, Confluence, QTest for test case management, defect management, test reporting and other functions
  • Support performance benchmarking, testing and monitoring
  • Support integration with DevOps tools & automated build /deployment processes
  • Participate in agile sessions, daily standup. Assist with defect management and reporting
  • Integration with Jenkins (CICD) - Enhancement; UI, API & DB Testing in all required applications; Jira, Qtest, Integration with Jira, Jenkins, Github, RLM and/or Helios for continued deployment
  • What do you need to succeed? Must-have:
  • 3-4 years of QE Processes, Testing Life Cycle, SDLC and Defect Management processes for application testing, development, and support with hands-on experience in creating test cases, executing manual/automated test cases
  • With a Computer Engineering, Computer Science degree/diploma or equivalent experience having minimum 5 years of experience in a QA/test environment with a focus on technical, automated testing in a variety of environments (Cloud, distributed and mainframe, business workflows and services/APIs, databases).
  • Knowledge of Testing Methodologies with hands on experience on JIRA and Confluence. Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps Tools such as Jenkins, GIT, etc
  • Experience in Micro Service testing, Kafka and API testing. Database technologies (e.g. MongoDB, DB2, Oracle, SQL, IMS) and SQL experience.
  • Relevant experience using test automation tools (Robot Framework, Selenium, qTest, Cucumber, etc) and ability to increase usage of automation to reduce testing manual lead times with a thorough understanding of continuous integration testing (including Agile methodology)
  • Nice-to-have:
  • 1-2 years of hands-on programming experience using scripting languages like Python or OOP languages like Java/Dot Net.
  • Good understanding of REST API and ability to automate REST API testing.
  • Ability to generate and develop test cases from requirements and technical specifications.
  • Basic understanding of Capital Markets is a plus
  • Banking Domain knowledge experience is a plus
