- Analyze business KPIs and prepare reports and dashboards to indicate the findings
- Provide insights into different aspects of the business performance and propose recommendations
- Track and forecast trends in sales and analyze in detail the data collected to provide management with thorough reports and results
- Take ownership of of the entire sales compensation process and work closely with sales leaders to pick the right KPIs and devise targets for these KPIs for sales teams
- Drive business performance by giving insights into achievements vs the sales targets and analyze the gaps
- Calculate monthly and quarterly sales commissions and work closely with sales leaders and payroll for timely disbursement of commissions.
- 2 to 3 years of experience with databases and writing basic SQL queries
- Intermediate skills in data management and with business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or Metabase
- Advanced spreadsheet skills with knowledge of organizing data and writing complex formulas
- Experience with managing sales compensation in a B2B environment with onground sales teams is a big plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask well and be able to switch between the technical and the business mindset when required
- Bachelor's degree or Advanced degrees preferably in a STEM related field

The Role
ApplyBoard is looking to expand our Sales and Marketing Performance team by hiring a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist for a 1 year fixed term contract. The role can be converted into a full-time position subject to performance review at the end of the contract.
