Description
The incumbent of this position supervises the international sales support team with energy and attention to detail. Sales support team is responsible for generating quotes, order entry and effective tactical support. In short, it means supervising a key administrative role in one of the largest SMEs in Quebec, and one of the most dynamic in North America
**
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supervise the sales support team on a daily basis;
  • Support sales people across all continents with a variety of tactical requirements;
  • Work with the various departments to ensure that order entry and revenue targets are met;
  • Ensure the team is following the sales process and participate in improvement projects;
  • Monitor certain websites (e.g. government entities) to identify RFPs and coordinate responses;
  • Monitor various performance dashboards;
  • Support the team in the integration of a new ERP (SAP);
  • Ensure the administrative tasks associated with the sales of the Quebec City business unit (the head office)
  • Conduct various special projects in support of the department manager.

INITIAL TRAINING REQUIRED:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:


  • 35 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in team management

REQUIRED SKILLS:


  • Strong computer skills: CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP) software, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerBI and Internet
  • Advanced English (written and verbal)
  • Good communication skills and ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills to determine priorities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in an organized manner and meet strict deadlines
  • Customer oriented and service oriented (have a concern for the excellence of the business relationship)
  • Proactivity
