About us

The Prostate Cancer Centre fights prostate cancer by delivering one-stop support to men and families through rapid access to personalized care, research, and education. We promote overall health and well-being, inspire hope, and reduce the impact of prostate cancer in our community.

The MAN VAN is a mobile PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen) blood testing unit based in Calgary and travels around Alberta bringing awareness and baseline PSA Testing to men over 40.

In addition to the PSA test, we often provide other health measurements at clinics including blood pressure, blood glucose, waist circumference and mental wellness checks.

We are looking for a unique blend of characteristics.

We like our team to be upbeat and cheerful, able to joke around with men who might be nervous around needles, and still be detail oriented and precise when it comes to following SOPs.

These are casual positions and the number of clinics assigned to you depends on how many are booked through our partners in the community as well as your availability.

Our Program entails clinics around Edmonton or day trips to specific locations and sometimes overnight stays for multi-day clinics.
