• Develop and execute event plans, including budgeting, scheduling, venue selection, and coordination of personnel and vendors
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
• Manage event logistics, including transportation, catering, and security
• Oversee event setup and breakdown
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
• Monitor event progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Evaluate event success and submit post-event reports

• Proven experience as a Concert Planner or similar role
• Knowledge of event planning and management processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field
