The Machine Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a variety of machines used at our facility in the production of products to exceed the demands of our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Operate slitter machines
  • Verify dimensions to correct specifications
  • Must be able to work in small groups with mínimal supervision
  • Interpret drawings
  • Must be willing to learn
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Print labels for packaging and delivering product back to inventory control
  • Read and scan the production ticket and set up the machine according to the paperwork

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 12 years experience operating a slitter machine
  • Ability to interpret drawings
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude

Salary:
$22.00-$23.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
