The Opportunity:


Reporting to the Director, Client Solutions you will work with a cross-functional team to develop PSP proposals, launch Patient Support Programs, and manage the client/SHS relationship.

You will provide strategic creative solutions and stakeholder support to clients while working closely with the Program Manager to ensure KPIs and client expectations are exceeded.


A Day in the Life (What you will do here):
Act as the primary liaison for PSP client teams during program setup, launch and operation for all strategic marketing, creative and stakeholder requirements including but not limited to:

  • Developing and managing an overall strategic creative plan that meets the needs of all stakeholders
  • Managing the entire creative process from start to finish including project proposal, budget, timeline, copy development, layout development, PAAB approvals and final client signoff
  • Lead the planning and execution of physician and patient engagement initiatives including the development of proposals and project plans; facilitation of EEPs, advisory boards, consultancy panels; providing meeting summaries/action plans with recommendations based on insights gathered
  • Lead all Representative/MSL and NSM interactions
  • Provide creative and strategic support in the development and presentation of program QBRs ensuring the needs of the crossfunctional client team are met
  • Support training of PSP operational team around brand strategy, client needs and impact
  • Work with program management and PSP directors to ensure seamless program operation and client satisfaction
  • Slide development when required (business cases, Program Overviews)
  • Suggest and build additional program offerings (i.e. patient selfenrolment programs, adherence tools, detail aids, CRM portal enhancements, rep training, screening programs, etc.)
  • Promote additional Sentrex consulting services including software and website development, business analytics, market access, medical strategy and field MSL services
  • Participate and support client brand strategy and POA development process, as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned by the manager
Lead the research and project management of patient support program proposals by:

  • Developing RFP response timelines and coordinating with appropriate team members
  • Responding to RFP questions relevant to the Client Solutions department
  • Conducting stakeholder research to support proposal insights and inform program solutions
  • Generating proposal content relevant to the Client Solutions department
  • Managing the overall design and organization of word proposal submissions and pitch deck PPT presentations

What you need to ensure you are set up for success:


Minimum Qualifications and Experience:


  • University degree or equivalent in science and/or business
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry across multiple therapeutic areas (sales, marketing, sales training, professional education, analytics & insights, creative project management)
  • Experience developing a cohesive environment across multiple teams
  • Demonstrated success in crosscollaboration during timesensitive situations
