DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Load invoices into the Accounts Payable system and send them out for review and approval.
Match inventory invoices and packing slips and prepare them for approval.
Assist with the annual clean up of vendors in our financial system.
Investigate and respond to vendor queries regarding the status of their invoices.
Generate, review, and analyze reports to support business operations.
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues and partners as needed.
Work effectively as a team member to learn and support colleagues.
Other duties as assigned.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong analytical, communication and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
Professionalism and strong work ethic.
Ability to work with mínimal supervision.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Enrolled in first or second year of a university or college program (preferably Business/Accounting related).
