_Job Summary_


As an Administrative Assistant, you are expected to facilitate and assist the managers' work and perform a variety of administrative duties.


_Duties and Responsibilities_

  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis.
  • Warehouse Support:
  • Assist in managing inventory and maintaining accurate stock records.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate shipments and deliveries.
  • Utilize computer systems to track and manage warehouse inventory.

_Skills, Experience, and Qualifications_

  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effectively communicate with team members and external parties.
  • Computer Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
  • Adaptability:
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to take on new responsibilities as the needs of the office and warehouse evolve.

_Remunerations_
v Bonus possible based on performance;
v Eligibility for group insurance after probation period passed;
v Work five days a week and a weekend day will be included.
