Description

The Business Technology department's role at RDH is to provide and maintain the technological infrastructure that enables every department to function efficiently, supporting revenue and helping drive towards achieving RDH's Vision.


Our responsibilities include managing and securing the company's data and endpoints, implementing and maintaining network systems, providing helpdesk support, and ensuring all hardware and software are up-to-date.

We also research and implement new technologies to drive innovation and efficiency within the company.

Travel is not required for the role. From time to time there will be a need to work outside of core business hours.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Establish effective working relationships with internal clients to support their technology needs
  • Work effectively with the team
  • Collaboration, knowledge sharing and support
  • Help translate business requirements into scalable userfocused technical solutions. Proactively identify practice areas that can benefit from new solutions or process automation. Investigate, recommend, build, deploy, and document
  • Develop and maintain expertise with emerging, current, and evolving technologies, products, and practices
  • When necessary, be a resource for Helpdesk for any issues beyond their ability to resolve

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; or a combination of training and experience
  • Strong knowledge of web, API technologies and programming/scripting languages. (C#,.NET, PowerShell, Web services, Python, HTML5, JavaScript, Python, XML, CSS, MS Graph API, RESTful/Web API, JSON etc)
  • Expert knowledge of data management, data integration and database development techniques. MS SQL, Dataverse
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including Azure DevOps, Docker CI/CD, ARM templates
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, Azure cloud services
  • Knowledge of automation and AI/ML technologies
  • Knowledge of M365 suite of apps especially SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform
  • Enjoyment of growth, new challenges, change, and backoffice operations

  • Creative problem solver with a critical mind. Must have ability to "think outside the box"
  • Strong analytical skills can interpret complex information from various sources and decide on the best option
  • Ability to work with a high level of accuracy attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken). Ability to interact and respond to multiple stakeholders and prioritize requests
  • Ability to resolve conflicts
  • Customer service oriented as well as technology focused
  • Patience
  • Ability to regularly learn and adopt new technology
  • Ability to cope effectively with change and manage priorities in a fastpaced, results oriented work environment

Nice to Have:


  • Knowledge of consulting industries, especially engineering or architecture would be beneficial

BENEFITS AND PERKS:

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $115,000 annualized for a full-time role. Salary is dependent various factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for discretionary incentives and share ownership.
