The Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate new outside sales as well as maintain current customer relationships
  • Ongoing review of pricing based on manufacturing costs
  • Analyze current industry trends to set future sales goals
  • Determine ways to streamline and improve the sales process
  • Work closely with other managers to understand the monthly financial results of the company and then communicate them to stakeholders
  • Learn about the needs of existing customers: work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a streamlined sales process
  • Understand and communicate the industry trends via research and attendance at trade shows, etc.

Required Skills and Assets

  • 35 years in a sales management or associate position
  • Extensive experience in customer service industries
  • Analytical skills to review financial results and identify areas for improvement
  • Communication and leadership skills to motivate employees, set and achieve goals

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
