    Dialysis Care Specialist

    Our outpatient dialysis clinic is seeking a dedicated professional to support patients with end-stage renal disease. As a Dialysis Care Specialist, you will provide direct care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

    You'll be responsible for delivering safe and compassionate care, monitoring patient vital signs, and maintaining dialysis equipment. Your attention to detail will ensure accurate record-keeping of patient data and medical history. A key part of your role will be educating patients on their treatment plans and kidney health strategies.

    Requirements

    • Achieved High School diploma or equivalent education level;
    • Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment;
    • Are comfortable handling medical equipment and providing hands-on care;
