Dusk Physiotherapy is looking to hire Part Time Receptionist to join our team. We are a busy inter-disciplinary practice offering chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy services and medical services.- be outgoing, personable, confident, and be able to multi-task efficiently.
- be able to work independently and as part of a team
- be familiar with managing a patient scheduling, billings, invoicing and payments.
- be familiar with point of sale payments (VISA, MC, debit, cash)
- be familiar with insurance companies and processing of health claims.
- be familiar with computer software programs: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Salary:
$17-$18/hr.
2 Locations:
55
Dusk Drive:
Tuesday and Thursday 3pm-8pm and Saturdays 9am-2pm (optional)
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours:
per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
