Job Details

Compugen is seeking a Technical Support Analyst for a - 4 month contract working on site.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide timely, professional, and courteous technical support service to all Team Members across the organization, including both on site (when possible) and remote support
  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned incidents, escalating when required.
  • Provide afterhours support for emergencies on a rotational basis, upholding the SLA for response times based on severity
  • Engage when needed, and work cooperatively with, IT peers, crossfunctional partners, and external vendors that provide onsite technology support for our site locations (retail stores, distribution centers, and offices)
  • Ensure that defective hardware is repaired or replaced in a timely manner
  • Support in the discovery, planning, implementation, and execution of IT related projects, as assigned
  • Support the development and adherence of internal processes, SOPs and supportrelated documentation for incident, problem, and change release management
  • Support daily operational processes to maintain system and data integrity
  • Provide technology onboarding for new hires for the Support Office and DCs where applicable
  • Stage POS hardware for new store openings, ensuring system integrity and complete functionality prior to installation
  • Maintain an organized technical hardware inventory stock and reorder when required
  • Compassion and patience are of utmost importance.

Qualifications:


  • A college or university education within Computer Sciences
  • 2 years of experience with desktop deployments, troubleshooting and upgrades
  • Previous experience completing complex Installs, moves, adds, changes of computer equipment
  • Windows Operating System proficiency ideally in Windows 10
  • Ticketing system experience
  • Effective written and verbal interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment
- \Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. regularly
  • A+ Certification an asset
