Nuovo Artistic Photography is a semi-nude artistic photography company that operates a collective of photography studios across North America.Leveraging its marketing, design, operation, and technological expertise, Nuovo is the force behind a never-before-seen approach to celebrating the power of individual beauty through a luxury photography experience.
_Duties?_
- Meet and exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volumes and strategic objectives;
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through visiting businesses, cold calling, networking, referrals, and other creative methods;
- Be the primary point of contact and build longterm relationships with brands and businesses in Ottawa and surrounding regions (ex. Manotick, Kanata, Carleton Place, etc.);
- Generate and prospect new leads to identify and develop new customers for products and services;
- Research and develop strategies to increase customer base;
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of Sales, methods, costs, and results;
- Directly manage the major and critical development of client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts;
- Establish and implement short
- Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings and networking events when necessary to promote the company;
- Supervise and coordinate the preparation, issuance, and delivery of Sales materials;
- Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors;
- Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations.
Requirements:
_ Requirements?_
- 2+ years of previous Sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets/quotas;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication/conversational skills;
- MUST have a car with a valid driver's license;
- MUST have a cell phone with data;
- Maintain a strong sense of independence and possess efficient problemsolving skills;
- Clear communication and the ability to selfmanage time and schedule;
- Extremely flexible schedule must be able to schedule own time in conjunction with the time of prospective clients and business partners;
- Ability to act as a face for Nuovo Photography while clearly communicating the brand ethos to positively engage people;
- Must be able to work with a team or independently.
_Skills & Assets?_
- Excellent active listening and communication skills;
- Bilingual in both English and French considered an asset;
- Strong time optimization skills;
- Ability to be persuasive and compelling, must be able to 'tell a story' that engages your audience;
- Skilled in closing highvalue deals while shortening the sales cycle;
- Critical thinking and problemsolving skills;
- Affinity with technology;
- Must be able to quickly and accurately memorize product knowledge;
- Strong knowledge of common business software and sales enablement solutions;
- Conflict management and resolution skills;
- Skilled in utilizing social media and social selling;
- Contract negotiation skills;
- Strong closing skills to sell and promote energetically (and aggressively when necessary);
- Must embody ambition, determination, and discipline.
