Responsibilities
Creates & executes client service plans,service deliveries,
ensuring commitments are tracked and reported in a unified and meaningful way to the client.Monitors client satisfaction through maintaining relationships.Contributes in regular meetings with team to ensure you are up to date on all pending client issues,
changing needs,
implementing service plans,
as well as other issues.Fields client communication via snail mail,
e-mail,
phone
availability
to face-to-face and identifies clients' insurance requirements.Creates proposals for clients
