This role will be the first line contact for implementation and management of quality IT services that meet the needs of the organization and clients.
This role ensures the optimal use of hardware and software technologies, enhancing hardware performance with upgrades, install, coordinate, troubleshoot, and support external and internal clients with systems and software needs.

Responsibilities:
IT Support Services - 80%
- Provide level 1 technical support to CCDI consulting employees over the phone, inperson (local office) and remote within the SLA.
- Escalate level 2 and higher IT issues to reporting manager as appropriate.
- Set up user accounts and train employees on new or upgrades made to hardware and software programs.
- IT onboarding/offboarding of the employees (includes associates & contracts) of CCDI Consulting.
- Track and maintain inventory of assets that are assigned/unassigned to employees and office space.
- Create, manage, maintain, and update documentation.
- Support team with client deliverables where needed.
- Assist team members with other IT concerns
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related
- Experience in IT support or service
- Proficiency in IT helpdesk software such as JIRA
- Ability to determine IT needs and train endusers
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills to support nontechnical employees.
- Experience in hardware/software maintenance and Incident management
- Experience in documenting and maintaining IT processes and procedures
- Additional certification in ITIL, Microsoft Admin, Azure, or related field
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
