What you will do:
- Processing of client requests such as procedural changes to contact lists and Day to Day maintenance of accounts
- Troubleshoots Basic issues and follows protocol to escalate inquires and issues.
- Test's systems, programming, and zones to ensure proper function and documents events thoroughly.
- Provides administrative support to the technical support team and customers. Answers phones and responds to inquiries.
- Other duties as assigned.
How you will do it
- Provide Tier 1 technical and panel programming support to service/install groups and end user customers (training provided).
- Professional phone skills and ability to resolve issues real time with customers.
- Employee must adhere to the Quality Assurance Program

Required:
- Education:
- Minimum secondary school education.
- Must be computer knowledgeable with strong keyboard skills, 40+WPM
- Must be well organized & possess excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Individual must possess strong problemsolving skills
- Individual must be able to work independently
- Preferred Technical background and/or knowledge of Alarm products would be an asset
Hours:
- Hours of work to be determined: shifts range from morning to evening; some weekend work will be required. The department is open from Monday to Friday 08:0022:00 and 08:0016:00 both Saturday and Sunday
- We are an inoffice establishment
