    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in our assigned sales territory.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals, focusing on the insurance and property management sectors.
    • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with insurance brokers, adjusters, and property management professionals to identify new business opportunities.
    • Increase Brand Awareness: Participate in marketing events, such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education classes, to increase brand visibility.
    • Utilize Marketing Software: Document daily marketing calls and track lead activity using marketing software to ensure accurate reporting and data analysis.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 Years of Experience: In the insurance or property management field, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining professional relationships.
    • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively educate clients about SERVPRO's competitive advantages.
    • Familiarity with CRM Systems: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems to manage client interactions and track sales activities.
    • Self-Motivated Individual: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
