Accounting Bookkeeper - Mississauga, Canada - A & L Accounting Services

Description

Looking for experiences bookkeeper with 2-3 years of experience in accounting/ bookkeeping and knowledge of bookkeeping software.

Completion of a college / University program in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field

Starting Salary $20 + depending on experience.


Responsibilities:

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
• Utilize 10key typing skills to efficiently input numerical data
• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
• Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
• Manage accounts payable by verifying and processing invoices
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of balances
• Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing and collection efforts
• Assist in budgeting process by providing financial data and analysis
• Prepare financial reports for management review

Skills:

• Proficient in bookkeeping software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary:
From $20.00 per hour

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

• QuickBooks: 2 years (preferred)
• Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
