    Pho Hoan Pasteur (Heartland Common) Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team.

    About the Role

    This is a permanent, full-time position requiring approximately 30-40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that all food service areas meet high standards of cleanliness and quality.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply ordering.
    • Supervise kitchen staff, provide training and coaching, and ensure that they adhere to company policies and procedures.
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas regularly to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
    • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitians or chefs.
    • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
    • Order supplies and equipment, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

    Requirements

    • Secondary school graduation certificate and relevant experience (2 years to less than 3 years).
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
    • Familiarity with food safety regulations and protocols.
