Why this Role?:

The success of our wireless sensing innovations and their impact on daily life relies heavily on our Projects team.

This team is a critical bridge between our internal team and external clients and partners, ensuring that their needs are being met and that projects are delivered with excellence.

This is a hybrid position and is based in our Waterloo, ON office.

As a Project Coordinator, you will:

Collaborate with the engineering team to conduct testing and development work.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to address and resolve any identified issues.
Analyze test data, and identify patterns, trends, and potential areas for improvement.
Lead validation testing and evaluation processes with external stakeholders.
Generate detailed and comprehensive test reports, highlighting key findings, issues, and recommendations.
Utilize your technical knowledge, particularly in radar and hardware, to contribute to testing methodologies and improve testing processes.
Develop and maintain data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate results to stakeholders.
Stay up to date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices.

You may be a good fit if you:

Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Are a critical thinker with the ability to handle and troubleshoot technical challenges.
Are detailoriented and highly organized, with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Have a processdriven mindset with the ability to streamline testing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Have experience in testing methodologies, procedures, and tools.

- (Bonus) Have excellent data visualization skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and visually appealing manner.
