Job summary

The Healthcare Access Control Officer will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of patients, staff, and visitors by operating advanced AI-powered weapon detection systems at the entrances of larger and regional hospitals within NSHA.
This position requires exceptional communication and customer service skills to provide a safe, welcoming environment while maintaining a strong security presence.


Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor AI-based weapon detection and access control systems at designated hospital entry points.
  • Engage with patients, visitors, and staff in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner while conducting screening procedures.
