- Provide guidance on Contract Maintenance Area (CMA) Visual Intervention Guidelines and contract-specific Performance Measures (PMs).
- Monitor PMs, report deficiencies, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Prepare contract-specific reports and ensure adherence to Data Collection and Reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance of external QC laboratories with Alberta QC requirements.
- Support the maintenance of ISO 9001 Quality Requirements and Internal Auditor certification.
- Conduct employee training on ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
- Identify QA training needs and support QA monitoring programs.
- Encourage quality achievement and compliance with standards.
- Monitor information accuracy and propose enhancements.
- Analyze data for Quality System enhancements.
- Foster a positive work environment, ensuring timely completion of quality-related tasks.
- Understand stakeholder interactions and address inquiries effectively.
