Covering both West and East GTA regions, it is a privately owned professional business proud to provide Ontario businesses reliable support for their compressed air requirements with experienced sales and service personnel.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Accounts payable
- payment of vendors directly

  • Accounts receivable maintenance
  • Daily invoicing
  • Complete biweekly full payroll cycle
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Monthly Visa reconciliation
  • Monthly G/L reconciliations
  • Complete monthly reporting requirements submitted directly to Controller
  • Performing clerical/ administrative functions such as data entry, employee file maintenance and support
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Beneficial Skills and Requirements:


  • Postsecondary education or equivalent work experience in accounting
  • Preference given to CPA certified personnel
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Critical thinker
  • Detailed orientated with excellent decision making and communication skills

Salary:
$55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Experience:

Accounts Receivable: 2 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
