To get to our vision, Pedigree Painting is hiring a key role - a hungry Sales & Estimating professional. In this role you will drive lead acquisition and sales.

You will grow into the role of key person landing contracts and setting up our production teams for profitable success.

What you bring to the table:

Experience in painting (or other trades and home services) is an asset.


Objectives:


You are responsible for executing your sales plan and delivering total dollars closed.
We work with you to develop reasonable targets and provide direction and support to your goals. You will have the training and tools you need. Your hunger and resilience will do the rest.

You will be setting up appointments and meeting clients taking them through our estimating and sales process.


You accurately price work so we have the time to deliver to our uncompromising standards and make fair profit.
Your detail-orientation will ensure you deliver accurate pricing using our professional estimating system.


You can drive lead acquisition as part of your day-to-day work.
You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to help grow sales.

You get excited about anything that gets you in front of a potential customer so you can make quality sales.
