$45,000-$49,500 annual base salary

OPERATIONS AND LOGISTICS REPRESENTATIVE
Logistics & Internal Support | Vancouver/British Columbia

Are you passionate about food technology? We're Foodee, a team of food experts on a mission to connect local restaurants to businesses through our meal planning platform.

We help corporations spread the power of good food by curating menus from top local restaurants and delivering them to your office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning ahead for success: Assigning the most appropriate delivery partner for each order based on a variety of needs: distance, order size, client requirements, cost etc.
Live order monitoring to ensure each order is moving through the delivery process in a timely manner
Working with our logistics partners to provide exceptional service delivery, liaising with various teams to work through issues
Proactively contacting customers and restaurant partners to provide order updates and a hightouch service
First line of response to all customer and restaurant partner inquiries; from restaurant recommendations to billing issues, service questions and general concerns
Troubleshooting delivery issues in a timely manner and providing cost effective solutions
Notifying customers about delays with their orders during the delivery process, keeping them informed at all times
Issue Resolution for all stakeholders; clients, restaurants, internal teams
Maintaining and developing internal processes

SKILL SET/EXPERIENCE:

2+ years of experience in an operations or logistics role (software and food industry experience a bonus)
Customercentric mindset
Quick thinker, fast learner, and problem solver
Confident, friendly 'people person' who can establish and maintain solid relations with external stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An ability to get things done and done well
High tolerance for fastpaced, rapid change
High degree of comfort with technological, SaaS products
