As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities

Procurement and Material Organization

  • Collaborate with Project Managers/Foreman to purchase materials for projects.
  • Use Sage 100 to track and organize all materials within our Warehouse(s).
  • Obtain product quotes and review for accuracy.

Record Keeping

  • Maintain meticulous records of purchase orders, stock movements, and RMA's using Sage 100.
  • Troubleshoot inventory errors, POs, inventory allocations, and invoicing issues.

Day-to-Day Operations

  • Oversee daytoday warehouse operations and manage resources, including staff.
  • Train and oversee support staff, including Shippers/Receivers and Drivers.
  • Schedule deliveries, pickups, and material returns.

Supplier Management

  • Work with suppliers on product purchasing, pricing, shipping timelines, and quality control.
  • Foster good working relationships with current suppliers and explore alternative vendor options.

Financial Coordination

  • Collaborate with accountants to ensure invoices are paid on time and linked to the appropriate purchase order.

Technical Expertise

  • Provide expertise on commonly used products to support field technicians.
  • Compare and contrast different brands to determine the best options for various situations.

Warehouse Maintenance

  • Physically store, track, and maintain all FTCowned tools and shop supplies.
  • Ensure regular inspections of FTC assets and carry out maintenance as required.

Health and Safety

  • Ensure the warehouse and all employees follow health and safety regulations.
  • Periodically review warehouse camera footage to ensure compliance.

Continuous Improvement

  • Work on developing warehouse operation systems to increase overall efficiency.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office apps, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and robust recordkeeping abilities.
  • Clear written communication skills.
  • Ability to delegate tasks and train/discipline staff when necessary.

Skill Set

Educational Qualification

  • Possession of a High School diploma is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 35 years of experience in a warehouse environment with supervisory responsibilities is required.

Salary:
$45,000.00-$62,400.00 per year
