Description
The HR Intern provides recruitment, employee relations, compliance and administrative support to the HR Team and internal clients.

Recruitment

  • Update company databases and process new employee data
  • Schedule interviews with potential job applicants
  • Facilitate gathering market salary information and filing employment forms
  • Optimize recruitment processes
HR administration and support

  • Responsible for making meeting arrangements and interviews coordination
  • Properly handle team member questions and requests through responsiveness, followup, and escalation as appropriate
  • Collaborate effectively in the process of investigation of employee complaints and conducting investigation meetings
  • Support people leaders in resolution of team member concerns and management of performance issues
  • Update and maintain a central storage system containing employee e
- files

  • Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents as required
  • Work proactively with other team members and openly share new ideas and information with other team members.
  • Keep other team members apprised to avoid surprises and foster effective collaboration.

Qualifications:


  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
  • 2+ years of experience working in an office/manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Solid foundation in employment laws and HR compliance
  • Proficiency in a Human Resources Information System software is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office
