What we are looking for:


What you bring to the role:

  • Completion of a recognized post-secondary computer-related program
  • CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent) required
  • Minimum 2 years' recent related help desk experience supporting PC hardware and software
  • 12 years of healthcare related help desk experience preferred
  • Recent related experience with BYOD and mobile device support with smartphones and tablets
  • Working knowledge of the latest Microsoft Office suites and Operating Systems
  • Previous recent experience in a Helpdesk Call Centre Login to ACD system, answer calls and log user requests in our ticket management system
  • Active Directory and Exchange User provisioning experience
  • Experience with MEDITECH is an asset
  • First level laser and bar code printer troubleshooting experience is an asset
  • Ability to support and provide ongoing maintenance to several A/V conference rooms
  • Proven analytical and prioritization skills with attention to detail and timelines
  • Demonstrated initiative and sound judgement with effective resourcing and followthrough skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with a welldeveloped customer service focus
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team
  • Must be able to travel between sites currently 3 locations (Markham, Uxbridge and Toronto)
  • Demonstrated good attendance and performance records with the ability to maintain these same standards
  • Demonstrates a commitment to a healthy and safe workplace for self and others (staff, patients, families, etc.) by taking all reasonable precautions and working in compliance with hospital related policies, health and safety legislation and best practices and completing relevant mandatory education as required

_Work Schedule_

  • Saturday and Sunday.
Shifts include: 8:00am-4:00pm.

Please note training shifts will be Monday - Friday.

Please note schedules may change based on operational needs.
