LOGISTICS

COORDINATOR, LOGISTICS - GOLF:

Toronto, Ontario, Canada
YOUR MISSION:
This role supports the COBRA PUMA GOLF brand located in Toronto, ON
Support Logistics and Purchasing team in daily tasks such as purchase order and shipping updates to make sure launch target dates are successfully achieved
Assist Merchandising and Logistics teams with order entries
Support Logistics team on entire process for customers who have specialized and unique requirements for shipping, labelling etc.
Complete any necessary updates to incoming purchase orders
Manage all customer specified requests to ensure compliance and to ensure most cost effective method for meeting compliance requests (labeling, ticketing, packaging)
Ensure that the proper quality codes are entered on each product so that inventory on hand can be allocated to ship
Work with internal teams to make sure all inventory bulks are entered correctly
Ensure that incoming goods are properly matched to customer purchase orders
Analyze existing order plan vs customer purchase orders to ensure inventory will be available to fill orders
Assist team in updating order book
Work with warehouse to prioritize receipt of inbound goods

YOUR TALENT:

13 years experience, preferably in the fashion, apparel and/or sports industry
Postsecondary graduate degree in Business or Marketing
Dynamic, positive with strong interpersonal skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Basic knowledge of Illustrator / Photoshop needed
VRLINK experience an asset
