Description
We are looking for a part time Administrative Assistant to Immigration Consultant. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for providing support to the Immigration team.


Main Duties and Responsibilities
- provide secretarial and administrative support;
- preparing and filing immigration forms; drafting letters and documents; organizing meetings; scheduling couriers;
- receiving clients and other individuals by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing enquiries;
- managing opening of files and progress of files;
- perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills fluent in English and must be able to speak Chinese (Mandarin);
