The Enterprise Application Analyst will be responsible for the implementation, administration, maintenance, support and development of the Firm's Enterprise Systems including but not limited to Aderant Expert, Expert Image, Chrome River, Prebill Viewer, Intapp Intake, Intapp Walls, and custom solutions requiring SQL expertise.


Major Responsibilities

  • Assists in the ongoing function of the financial systems by participating in new projects, developing and maintaining existing systems, maintaining system security, and assisting in implementing upgrades to financial systems.
  • Perform data analysis to facilitate identifying and resolving issues and problems.
  • Develop documentation, training, and development of users regarding the firm's financial systems and data.
  • Create, review and maintain Method of procedure, Build, System Process and all internal Administration documents for the system of their responsibility.
  • Reviews, tests and determines the system potential of enterprise systems as required by Firm members.
  • Coordinate with finance and information services teams to analyze information technology needs and work toward recommending solutions that meet sponsor/stakeholder needs.
  • Manages financial and information services technical projects including the ability to assign/allocate tasks to IS/F&A resources.
  • Handles confidential materials and documents.
  • Performs other related responsibilities as required.

Position Requirements

  • Education and Experience_
  • Knowledge and Skills_
  • Exposure to enterprise financial and document management systems maintenance and support required, with a professional services firm desirable.
  • Advanced Excel and SSRS skills, or similar business reporting tools. Experience with Aderant Expert and financial systems in the legal space is an asset.
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures including budgeting concepts and finance and accounting principles.
  • Advanced knowledge and skill in database reporting and report writing tools, advanced userlevel knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, working with multiple systems and points of integration, and experience with design and implementation of financial and other enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshooting skills to solve system problems and ability to link components within different enterprise systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills with technical/nontechnical users for knowledge transfer, troubleshooting, and requirements gathering.
  • Time management and organizational skills to effectively multitask and prioritize among many demands.
  • Project management experience including evaluating client needs, time estimates, setting tasks, determining priorities, tracking progress toward completion.
  • Maintains current knowledge of changes in relevant technology and databases.
