_Job Description_

_What will you do?_

Provides excellent customer service and promote a positive experience to Stanley Boat prospective customers and current customers
Enters all orders in a timely manner and communicates the information to the respective personnel
Maintains an accurate database update customer information as required
Interpret specifications and make the necessary calculations for pricing of tenders
Supports ongoing sales support activities, such as quotations, followup quotations etc.
Assists customers with product information and other inquiries
Provides prices and quotes within customer/dealer timelines
Provides management with information regarding sales, marketing techniques, new products, and market strategies
Responsible for the daytoday interactions and sales functions between customers, and the product supply functions within Stanley Boats
Client service via telephone, inperson, and electronic communications
Development of industry and product knowledge to enhance client service

_What do you need to succeed?_

Strong mechanical aptitude with electrical, plumbing and carpentry knowledge
Familiarization with manufacturing and assembly of materials, preference given to those with previous marine experience
Knowledge or experience within the Boat Industry
A valid Pleasure Craft Operator Card
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to read blue prints and understand work orders
High attention to detail is required in order to achieve quality standards
Previous experience in a similar role preferred

_WORKING CONDITIONS_

Regular periods during which there is continuous physical effort is required, e.g., walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward
Exposure to factors such as temperature variations, fumes, moving machinery, humidity, toxic materials which may cause periods of discomfort, high noise levels
Frequent need to give concentrated attention, either hearing or seeing to work being performed
Noticeable pressure from deadlines, production quotas, accuracy or similar demands exists
